- All Shekeres are fully Guaranteed, if there is a problem, contacted us within 5 days of the reception of the product.
- Once notified we will decide what is the best resolution to solve the issue.
- On custom orders, all shekeres must to be paid for in full in advance, once a price and design is agreed and confirmed.
- Please allow four days to for custom orders unless otherwise noted.
- Most shipping is 3 to 5 days ground by UPS or US Postal Service which ever is more affordable.
- International shipping is USPS PRIORITY AND EXPRSS 5/10 days.
- International shipping is subject to customs tax please check with your country before ordering
- When ordering the Shekeres keep in mind all gourds has it’s own unique shape and we try and match the photos as best as possible.
